Class Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 6:00am – 8:00pm (multiple class times daily)
- Saturday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
- Sunday: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Beginner Classes
No prior experience required. Beginner classes cover:
- Stance, guard, and footwork — the physical foundation of boxing
- Jab and cross mechanics — the two primary punches
- Basic defensive positioning and awareness
- Pad work with coaches for real-time feedback
- Bag rounds to build conditioning and pattern repetition
First class is free for all new members. You don't need to bring anything except yourself and comfortable training clothes — we have hand wraps available for your first session, and boxing gear available for purchase in-store.
Intermediate Classes
For people with 3+ months of training, intermediate classes build on the fundamentals:
- Hook and uppercut mechanics
- Combination boxing (3–6 punch sequences)
- Defensive techniques — slipping, rolling, parrying
- Technical sparring introduction (optional and coached)
- Ring generalship and footwork patterns
Conditioning Classes
Boxing-focused fitness classes for people who want the conditioning benefits of boxing without a primary focus on technical development. High energy, bag-focused, a strong cardiovascular workout.
