Which Boxing Gloves Should You Buy?
For beginners starting at a Sydney gym
Your gym coach will likely recommend 12oz (women) or 14oz (men) as a starting point. Both cover bag work, pad work, and if you progress to light sparring, most Sydney gyms accept 14oz and 16oz for sparring.
