Our Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any item for a full refund to your original payment method, or an exchange for any product of equal value — your choice.
Return Conditions
- Products must be in original, unused condition with original packaging where possible
- Items that have been heavily used, washed, or show clear signs of training wear are not eligible for return (hygiene reasons — we cannot resell worn hand wraps or used gloves)
- Please include your order number with any return
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@killaboxing.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
You do not need to call anyone or wait on hold. We keep it simple.
Refund Timeframes
Once we receive your return and confirm the item condition:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method
- Exchanges are dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your return
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email us at support@killaboxing.com.au with photos. We will replace it or refund it at our cost — no need to return the item in most cases.
