Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Sydney/NSW: 1-3 business days
Melbourne/VIC: 2-4 business days
Brisbane/QLD: 2-4 business days
Adelaide/SA: 3-5 business days
Perth/WA: 4-7 business days
Darwin/NT: 4-7 business days
Hobart/TAS: 3-6 business days
Regional & Rural: Allow an additional 2-3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you 100% happy with your Killa Boxing gear. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Items must be unused and in original packaging for exchanges
Faulty or incorrect items replaced at no cost to you
Change of mind returns accepted within 14 days (return postage at buyer cost)
